I would like to express my appreciation of the manner in which Williams and Smithells handled the marketing and sale of my boat a Formosa 51.

I would particularly like to thank Mark Ellyatt for his efforts during sales negotiations. His prompt response to queries was appreciated both by myself and the buyer, and rapidly established a feeling of mutual trust which had a direct bearing on the speedy conclusion of the sale.

I researched how to sell my yacht which is currently located in Greece and chose Williams and Smithells to be my agent in Greece for a number of reasons.

They are British based with a long history and good reputation. All dealings and contracts on the sale of the yacht are under British law. I was also impressed by your thoroughness in checking out my documentation on Alfresco and her specifications. I realised that this thoroughness reflects well on your organisation and would be of great comfort to any buyer of Alfresco.
