We just wanted to put in writing to you Stephen and thank you for all your help with finding our new home.  The time and advice you have given to us has been invaluable.  Nothing is too much trouble, all our questions and queries have been answered immediately and it has been a friendly and pleasurable experience buying our boat with your help.  And it continues after the sale with both you and Marks help with our SSR and insurance.

I researched how to sell my yacht which is currently located in Greece and chose Williams and Smithells to be my agent in Greece for a number of reasons.

They are British based with a long history and good reputation. All dealings and contracts on the sale of the yacht are under British law. I was also impressed by your thoroughness in checking out my documentation on Alfresco and her specifications. I realised that this thoroughness reflects well on your organisation and would be of great comfort to any buyer of Alfresco.

Your service has been first class and well beyond the call of duty in the promptitude of your responses – I could not have wished for more in dealing with my sometimes excessive requests for information, answered always promptly and courteously.

In short, you successfully achieved what I thought may have been a difficult task, because of my location, with clear and friendly information that reassured me enormously.
